They bring in celebrity speakers, exchange words of encouragement, and give thanks for another successful trip around the sun.
As part of this event, TAD puts together a video presentation in which a handful of Cancer Center alumni recount their fight with the Big C. The group you see here is this year's crop of success stories.
The fight is never easy, but in nearly every interview we've ever given, they've always told us how it made them a better person. Nothing brings your life into such sharp focus as the threat of it being taken away. That renewed focus is never anything short of inspiring.
